The Penny Collection is a handmade wool area rug with a natural palette for living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and more. The rug has a ribbed, high-low pile that reveals subdued motifs in the background base pile. This collection is hand-tufted of wool in India and is Goodweave-certified, ensuring our commitment to ethical production and the support of weaver communities.

Care Instructions
Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white dry sponge or cloth. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. Expect shedding. Vacuum regularly. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum the full length of the rug, turn, and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.
Shipping and Returns

Returns

Our return policy is 30 days for non-defective rugs, 7 days for defective rugs, and 4 days for claims on shortages or missing rugs. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns of non-defective products. We do not accept returns for pillows, throws, poufs, wall art or 18" x 18" rug samples. See full return policy

Tracking

While signed in, visit your Order History to track shipments for each of your orders.

 

Shipping

All shipments are FOB Dallas or FOB Cartersville. We reserve the right to use our own discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. All efforts will be made to use the most cost effective shipping method with Federal Express being our preferred carrier. Customer’s preferred carrier will be used if customer submits an account number for said carrier and agrees to assume all responsibility for transportation costs and shipping damage claims.

 

Shipping Damage

All packages must be inspected upon arrival and any damage claims must be submitted to the carrier.
