How do I buy a product?

Loloi is a wholesaler, which means we only sell to trade professionals (like retail stores or interior designers).

If you’re a trade professional, you can apply to open a trade account. If you’re an end consumer, visit How to Buy so we may direct you to some Loloi retailers.

How do I see pricing?

If you have an existing Loloi trade account, to see wholesale pricing. If you don't have an existing Loloi account, contact us and we’ll direct you to your Loloi sales representative.

If you’re an end consumer (not a trade professional), visit our How to Buy section where we can direct you to some local or online retailers that will display retail pricing.

Can I order a sample?

Yes, if you have a Loloi trade account, you may order 18’’ samples in select designs of most collections for $25. 18" samples are not eligible for return. For more information, please email customerservice@loloirugs.com.

What is the order minimum?

For rugs, there is no order minimum. For pillows and throws, the opening order minimum is 2 in any variety and the reorder minimum is 2 in any variety.

How do I order Designer product?

Some collaborations are limited to only approved Loloi trade accounts. If you’re approved, you’ll have access to order the collaboration products. If you’re not approved, yet are interested, please contact us.

Do you make custom rugs?

Loloi offers custom sizes (but not custom designs or colors) for nearly all of our handmade collections. Click here to download our Custom Rug form. When you've completed the form, please email to customerservice@loloirugs.com.

Shipping & Returns

How do I track my shipment?

While signed in, visit Orders to track shipments for each of your orders.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is 30 days for non-defective items, 7 days for defective items, and 4 days for claims on shortages or missing items. Only returns or claims made prior to these respective time periods will be reviewed. If upon return Loloi Rugs determines there is damage or defect due to usage, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the rug plus all shipping charges. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns of non-defective products. We do not accept returns for pillows, throws, poufs, wall art or 18" x 18" rug samples. We also do not accept returns for items consumers have purchased from our retail partners.

How do I start a return?

To make a return, please visit your Order History, where you’ll see an option to return items with instructions on how to do so.

How do I check stock?

Inventory levels and ETA’s for out-of stock items are available to see on each product page, even when you’re not signed in.

Can I download your images?

Yes! When you’re signed in visit Download Photos to download our regular product images as well as room scenes.

How do I receive a catalog?

If you have a Loloi trade account, you may request a catalog here. If you don't have an existing Loloi account, but are a trade professional that would like to receive a catalog ,contact us.

Who is my sales representative?

We have sales representatives around the world to help you. Contact us and we’ll readily provide you with the name and contact information for your Loloi sales representative.

How do I clean and care for my rug?

Each product page offers care instructions. When in doubt, we always encourage a professional rug cleaner in your area.

Where are your showrooms?

We have showrooms throughout the nation. Visit showrooms to see our locations, hours and dates of operation, and to request an appointment.
