Description
The Mabel Collection is a chunky wool area rug with a modernized take on traditional Turkish design. The rugs pattern rises with a higher pile for added dimension, while the neutral stone palette makes it easy to style in living rooms, bedrooms, and more. Mabel is hand-tufted of wool in India and GoodWeave-certified, ensuring our commitment to ethical production and the support of weavers communities. Some shedding is expected and a natural characteristic of wool rugs we recommend vacuuming frequently without a beater bar.

Care Instructions
Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white dry sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning recommended. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. Expect shedding. Vacuum regularly. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum the full length of the rug, turn, and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.
Shipping and Returns

Returns

Our return policy is 30 days for non-defective rugs, 7 days for defective rugs, and 4 days for claims on shortages or missing rugs. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns of non-defective products. We do not accept returns for pillows, throws, poufs, wall art or 18" x 18" rug samples. See full return policy. 

To initiate a return, please visit your Order History to locate your order details and select items for return. 

Tracking

While signed in, visit your Order History to track shipments for each of your orders.

 

Shipping

All shipments are FOB Dallas or FOB Cartersville. We reserve the right to use our own discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. All efforts will be made to use the most cost effective shipping method with Federal Express being our preferred carrier. Customer’s preferred carrier will be used if customer submits an account number for said carrier and agrees to assume all responsibility for transportation costs and shipping damage claims.

 

Shipping Damage

All packages must be inspected upon arrival and any damage claims must be submitted to the carrier.
