Description

The Canopy Collection is a floral area rug with an enchanted forest design based on hand-painted artwork by Rifle Paper Co. in collaboration with Loloi. The whimsical design features lush scenes visited by charming woodland creatures, from prancing deer to beautifully plumed peacocks. This collection is power-loomed of a soft polyester in China, a durable construction for living room rugs, bedroom rugs, entryway rugs, and more.

Care Instructions

Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum the full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

Shipping and Returns

Returns

Our return policy is 30 days for non-defective rugs, 7 days for defective rugs, and 4 days for claims on shortages or missing rugs. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns of non-defective products. We do not accept returns for pillows, throws, poufs, wall art or 18" x 18" rug samples. See full return policy.

Tracking

While signed in, visit your Order History to track shipments for each of your orders.

Shipping

All shipments are FOB Dallas or FOB Cartersville. We reserve the right to use our own discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. All efforts will be made to use the most cost effective shipping method with Federal Express being our preferred carrier. Customer’s preferred carrier will be used if customer submits an account number for said carrier and agrees to assume all responsibility for transportation costs and shipping damage claims.

Shipping Damage

All packages must be inspected upon arrival and any damage claims must be submitted to the carrier.
