Description

The Banks Collection is a truly machine-washable rug-a first for both Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines and Loloi. Power-loomed of 100% polyester, area rugs in the Banks Collection can be machine-washed and either hung or laid out to dry. With a vintage-inspired design in sumptuous and saturated colors, Banks is an elegant centerpiece that can work with many rug pads, in any room.

Care Instructions

Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. When needed, machine wash in cold water on delicate cycle using a mild, non-bleach detergent. Hang to dry or tumble dry using the delicate setting. Not all rug sizes fit in all machines. Visit the product page on loloirugs.com for more care instructions. A rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than a back and forth motion.

Shipping and Returns

Returns

Our return policy is 30 days for non-defective rugs, 7 days for defective rugs, and 4 days for claims on shortages or missing rugs. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns of non-defective products. We do not accept returns for pillows, throws, poufs, wall art or 18" x 18" rug samples. See full return policy.

Tracking

While signed in, visit your Order History to track shipments for each of your orders.

Shipping

All shipments are FOB Dallas or FOB Cartersville. We reserve the right to use our own discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. All efforts will be made to use the most cost effective shipping method with Federal Express being our preferred carrier. Customer’s preferred carrier will be used if customer submits an account number for said carrier and agrees to assume all responsibility for transportation costs and shipping damage claims.

Shipping Damage

All packages must be inspected upon arrival and any damage claims must be submitted to the carrier.
