What if I'm not a Loloi dealer -- can I still order your products?
We only sell product through our dealers. If you would like us to recommend a nearby Loloi dealer, contact us. Alternatively, you can google "Loloi" and find online dealers who sell our product.
How do I see pricing?
Sign in to your account to see pricing for any product.
How do I check inventory?
Go the product page you're interested in and click "show inventory". If a product is out of stock you'll see an ETA. You may also email email@example.com or call 972-503-5656.
What is the order minimum?
For rugs, there is no order minimum. For pillows, all orders must total four pillows in any variety.
How do I order samples?
Yes, 18" samples are available for every collection. All samples are $20 plus shipping.
Shipping & ReturnsHow do your products ship?
All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Dallas, Texas. Our most economic and efficient partner is FedEx. Rugs larger than 8' x 11' (oversized) usually ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx Economy Freight. We also have expedited options. If you prefer your own carrier, submit your account information with your order.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes. Additional charges will apply to orders shipping to a residential address.
What are my shipping costs?

What is your return policy?
To return a rug, you must submit a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form. All returns will be credited to your account with Loloi Rugs and refunds are not automatically issued. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense. We only accept returned merchandise within 30 days of delivery for non-defected item. Defected items must be returned within 7 days. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Please select pillows and throws carefully. Loloi does not accept returns for pillows or throws. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at sender's expense.

What Personal Information About Customers Does Loloi Rugs Gather? The information we learn from customers helps us improve your Loloi Rugs experience. Here are the types of information we gather.

Does Loloi Rugs Share the Information It Receives? Loloi Rugs is not in the business of selling customer information to others. We share customer information only as described below:
Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. Examples may include fulfilling orders, delivering orders, sending postal mail and e-mail, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy subsidiaries or business units. How Secure Is Information About Me? We work to protect the security of your credit card and payment information during transactions by using Elavon Payment Processing Systems. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt financial/payment information you input but the scope of this protection may not fully protect all non-financial information. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WEBSITE USE
Loloi, Inc. d/b/a Loloi Rugs provides website features, information and products through Loloirugs.com (Loloi Rugs Services). Loloi Rugs provides Loloi Rugs Services subject to the following conditions. By using Loloirugs.com and/or Loloi Rugs Services, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Website Use (Terms & Conditions). The Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders, purchases and other business transacted by or through the Loloirugs.com website and shall become part of any contractual agreement with Loloi, Inc. d/b/a Loloi Rugs arising out of this website’s use. The Terms & Conditions are meant to supplement the original terms and conditions agreed to by dealers in connection with the dealer application process. To the extent these Terms & Conditions conflict with the original terms and conditions for dealers, these Terms and Conditions shall govern.
Any statements Loloi Rugs makes concerning a date or date range a backordered product is expected to arrive (ETAs) is an estimate of a shipment’s arrival time at Loloi Rugs’ warehouse, only, and no guarantee is made as to when backorders will ship. Customers must indicate whether or not they want to be notified before backorders are shipped.
All shipments are FOB Dallas. We reserve the right to use our own discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. All efforts will be made to use the most cost effective shipping method with Federal Express and ABF being our preferred carriers. Customer's preferred carrier will be used if customer submits an account number for said carrier and agrees to assume all responsibility for transportation costs and shipping damage claims with respect to that carrier.
Once an order is placed, customer must cancel before the order has shipped from its point of origin. Once shipped, all cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Goods: All packages must be inspected by customer upon arrival and any damage claims must be submitted to the carrier. Loloi Rugs will not accept claims and is not responsible for any damage that occurred during shipping.
Defects: All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival and any defects must be reported immediately to Loloi Rugs via a Return Merchandise Authorization Form submitted to email@example.com. RMA applications can be obtained by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and must be returned by email to email@example.com. Loloi Rugs will process an order for replacement, upon customer's request, and issue a return authorization (RMA) and call tag for the defective merchandise. Loloi Rugs will only accept a defect claim within 7 days of the date of delivery. Customer waives any defect claim that is not properly reported within 7 days of the date of delivery. If upon return Loloi Rugs reasonably determines that damage is due to usage and not a manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the rug plus all shipping charges.
Returns (non-defect): No returns will be accepted without Loloi Rugs’ prior approval, reflected by Loloi Rugs issuing a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). All non-defect returns that are accepted by Loloi Rugs through an RMA and returned in saleable condition will be credited to customer's account with Loloi Rugs. Refunds are not automatically issued but may be made at Loloi Rugs’ discretion. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at sender's expense. Loloi Rugs will not accept returned merchandise received more than 30 days after delivery. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LOLOI RUGS, ITS AFFILIATES OR AGENTS BE LIABILE FOR: (A) ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHICH INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES OR SAVINGS, WHETHER A CLAIM FOR ANY SUCH LIABILITY IS PREMISED UPON BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY; (B) CLAIMS, DEMANDS OR ACTIONS AGAINST THE CUSTOMER BY ANY THIRD PARTY. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IN THE EVENT OF ANY LIABILITY INCURRED BY LOLOI RUGS, LOLOI RUGS’ ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL NOT EXCEED THE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE GOOD(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Miscellaneous Terms: All transactions and any contract or contractual relationship arising from the use of the Loloirugs.com website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The state district courts of Dallas County, Texas and the federal district courts of the Northern District of Texas, Dallas division shall share exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action arising from a dispute in connection with any transaction, contract or contractual relationship arising from the use of loloirugs.com.
